Solution
Vasodilation:
Vasodilation is the process of relaxation of blood vessels.
This causes the widening of the muscular wall.
This can be done in the following ways:
Chemical vasodilators include benazepril and captopril.
Natural vasodilators such as spinach (Spinach is high in nitrates, which get converted to nitric oxide, which is a potent vasodilator).
Allicin, a chemical compound in garlic also causes vasodilation.
It can also be achieved by following a healthy diet and regular exercise.
