How do Ori and cloning sites facilitate cloning into a vector?

Solution
Vector:
Vector is a vehicle used in genetic engineering, used to carry the insert DNA (gene of interest) into a host, in which the gene is to be expressed.
For example, plasmid and cosmid (lamda phage)
Role of Ori in cloning:
It is a site on the plasmid DNA.
After the insertion of the genetic sequence into the vector, the Ori site is responsible for initiating the replication and the cloning of foreign DNA, which is inserted into the vector.
It is the main factor that controls the copy number of linked DNA.
