The boiling point increases with the number of carbon atoms, aditionally, a branched hydrocarbon will have a lower boiling point than its unbranched counterpart.
Also note that the *melting point* increases with the number of carbon atoms aswell, but when the molecule has an odd number of carbon atoms (3, 5, 7, etc) the melting point will be lower than expected due to problems in the “packaging” of the molecule.
