Identify the different techniques of scientific management inspired by Frederick Taylor's management techniques.
(i) This method was devised by Frank and Lillian Gilbreth who studied the causes and effects of long working hours, poor working conditions and unhappy relations with superiors or peers and developed the importance of rest.
(ii) Scientific Management does not mean holding a stopwatch but there should be a sense of integrity and responsibility between management and workers.
(iii) Principles of management are based on - Use of the human body, arrangement of workplace and design of tools and equipment.
