The germ cell in males is sperm whereas in females it is ovum.
Sperm Ovum
These are produced in testes. These are produced in the ovaries.
A sperm is differentiated into head, neck middle piece and tail. Ovum is not differentiated into regions.
It has a very small amount of cytoplasm. It has a large amount of cytoplasm.
