An alcoholic beverages contains ethanol. In these beverages, the alcohol content is increased than the concentration that is obtained by distillation. In this, the solution containing ethanol is heated between 80${}^0$C to 100${}^0$C. The vapour that comes out of it is then condensed. This condensed liquid contains higher concentration alcohol.
