How in plant cell the macromolecules move outside the cell and inside the cell as they have the cell wall in it?

The cell wall is permeable to most substances. Most macromolecules like proteins reach the cell through active transport mechanismns about which you will learn in higher classes. The cell wall is much more permeable than the cell membrane. it only acts as a support to provide rigidity to the cell.
