Following are the differences between the bacterial cells and the onion peel cells-

Onion peel Cell

Bacterial Cell

It is a eukaryotic cell.

It is a prokaryotic cell.

It has a well-developed nucleus.

Nucleus is not present.

It has several membrane-bound organelles.

No membrane bound organelles are present.

DNA is present inside nucleus.

Circular DNA is present in cytoplasm.
