Solution

When unfavourable conditions arrive the parent amoeba converts itself into earth really exists and its nucleus undergoes multiple divisions by the process of amitosis. The nuclei formed are then covered by cytoplasm and 500 to 600 ameobulae are formed.
When favourable conditions arrived all these amoebulae are released. Hence at one time 500 to 600 amoebulae are released.
