Glucose is made of 6 membered carbon chain. In carbon 1, aldehyde group will be present. Thus due to doubly bonded to oxygen it is not a chiral carbon. In carbon 6, two hydrogen atoms were attached so its not a chiral carbon. Other four carbons are chiral carbon. It should in the structure below,
