The correct option is D 600
The numbers that can be formed, by taking all 6 digits together
=6P6=6!
But we have to neglect the numbers which begin with zero. Now, the numbers in which zero comes in the 1st place = 5!
Hence, the required number = 6! - 5!
= 720 - 120 = 600.
