Aldehydes other than formaldehyde on reaction with Grignard's reagent give secondary alcohol as a product.
Ketone on reaction with Grignard's reagent given tertiary alcohol as a product.
Thus there are only two aldehydes with formula C4H8O are possible which give secondary alcohol on reaction with Grignard's reagent.
