Speed of water = 30 $\frac{cm}{sec}$
$\therefore$ Water flow in 1 minute = 30 cm $\times$ 60
= 1800 cm
Area of cross- section = 5 $c{m}^2$
$\therefore$ Volume of water = 1800 $\times$ 5 = 9000 $c{m}^3$
Capacity of water in liters = 9000 $\times$ 1 ml
= 9000 ml = $\frac{9000}{1000}$ = 9 liters
