The correct option is A 2.2×106 N/m2
Here, Volume of water, V=1 L

Change in volume upon compression,ΔV=0.10% of V

=0.10100×1

=11000 L

Let Δp= change in pressure required for compression of 1 L of water

B= bulk modulus of water =2.2×109 Nm2

Using the realation B=ΔpΔVV , we get

Δp=BΔVV

=2.2×109×1031

Δp=2.2×106 Nm2

Hence, option (A) is correct.
