Solution

Dear Student,
when the muscles cell died or damage, these cells get the signal to divide. Now, this cell fuse with the existing muscle cell and get regenerate and repair. But in the case of skeletal muscle, which cannot get regenerate by itself. It possesses considerable regenerative capacity. This is attributed primarily to stem cell-like cells, i.e., satellite cells, that reside in the muscle tissue.

The previous skin and muscle cells which died gets degenerate . and over time, skin shed off from the body slowly. Nail and hairs represent the dead cells.
