Colour blindness:
Colour blindness is a vision deficiency in which the person loses his/her ability to perceive and differentiate colors.
It is an X-linked recessive hereditary disease that results in improper photopigment formation.
Since males contain only one X-chromosome, their chances of inheriting the disease are higher.
It is a very rare condition in females and only one in 200 females inherit this condition.
