Solution: The head of the Rajput kingdom was the king and the position was hereditary.
The villages had the Panchayat system. The Panchayat was headed by Mukhi or Sarpanch, whose main function was to protect the villagers and to deliver justice, in case there were any issues or conflicts among the villagers.
Gram Sabha, which was composed of all the adult members of the village, could also decide on matters and give a verdict. There were also several officers performing different duties or activities.
