a) Combination reaction:

Formation of water from hydrogen and oxygen is of course a combination reaction where the hydrogen burns in presence of oxygen gas and releases a huge amount of energy and so it is an exothermic reaction.

2H2 + O2 --> 2H2O

b) ​H2S + Cl2 2HCl + S

  • Oxidizing Agent - Cl2 (as it oxidizes H2S to S)
  • Reducing Agent - H2S (as it reduces Cl2 to HCl)
