The correct option is B $1\frac{1}{2}$

Total number of mangoes = 21
$\text{Number of mangoes that were spoilt =}21\times \frac{2}{7}=6\text{mangoes.}$
Number of mangoes left = 21 - 6 = 15
Number of mangoes left, after selling = $15\times \frac{1}{5}=3$ mangoes.
One third of the 3 mangoes I gave to my friend.
$\therefore$ $\text{The number of mangoes left =}3\times \frac{2}{3}=2$
$\therefore$ Only 2 mangoes are left with me now.
