up an equation in the following case:
Irfan says that he has 7 marbles more than five times the marbles Parmit has. Irfan has 37 marbles. (Take m to be the number of Parmit’s marbles.)

Let m be the number of Parmit’s marbles.
Then 5 times the marbles Parmit have = 5m
Irfan have 7 marbles more than 5m
Hence, the number of marbles with Irfan = 5m+7

Given that: No. of marbles Irfan has = 37
5m + 7 = 37 is the required equation.
