Write the compound which is most reactive towards beta ?-elimination
reaction. Give reason

The solution is as follows:

1. The beta elimination is favoured when high substituted alkene is formed.

2. Thus, when we see beta elimination of 2-Bromo-2-methylbutane, we get 2-methylbut-2-ene.

3. This compound is highly substituted alkene in comparison to the alkene products we get from the other two molecules.
