Solution

The correct option is C chosen, Active
When a subject is directly acting on the object, the sentence is written in Active voice
When the object is acted upon by the subject, the sentence is written in Passive voice.
Option B is correct because the given sentence shows what the subject does on object. Therefore the sentence proves to be in active form along with the verb which is identified as past participle form.

'has' is in the form of simple present and not in the form of past participle, therefore options C and D are incorrect.
Whereas option A states the sentence to be in passive form, which is incorrect.

Correct answer is option B.
