Solution

Wool production consists of various steps like rearing, shearing, scouring, sorting, rolling, dyeing and burr removal. To obtain good quality wool, all these steps need to be carried out.
From the given steps carried out, the rearing and breeding of sheep are not mentioned. Hence if the proper breed of sheep is not selected to breed, the quality of wool will be affected.

Also, once the fleece is cleaned, the wool fibres are sorted based on their texture, fineness and length by the process of sorting. If that is also not done, it affects the quality of the wool.
