  1. Ammonium Chloride is a white crystalline solid which is formed by the mixing of gases i.e. Ammonia and Hydrochloric acid.
  2. When ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) is heated with sodium hydroxide solution then ammonia gas is evolved.
  3. Ammonia has a pungent smell.
