Step 1:
On mixing, $M_{R} \times V_{R} = M_{1} V_{1} + M_{2} V_{2}$
$V_{R} = V_{1} + V_{2} = 100 + 300 = 400 m L$
Step 2:
$M_{R} \times 400 = (0.2 \times 100) + (0.1 \times 300)$
$M_{R} \times 400 = 50$
$M_{R} = 0.125$
Hence, the final molarity of mixing is o.125 M.
