For the ice to melt, heat provided must be greater than the latent heat of ice.
Latent heat=mL=0.01×334=3.34kJ
Let's assume that the water reaches 0oC
Change in heat=0.01×4.19(100)=0.0419kJ
This is less than the latent heat of ice, hence the ice won't melt, instead the whole mixture will be at 0oC only.
