Solution

The correct option is A 96
Given, -2, -4 are the zeroes of a quadratic polynomial.
So the quadratic polynomial can be written as: (x+2)(x+4)=0
x2+6x+8=0
Now, as the leading coefficient is 2, the quardratic polynomial will be
2×(x2+6x+8=0)
=2x2+12x+16=0
So,
(product of zeroes × coefficient of x) = (-2)(-4) × 12
=96.
