The correct option is B $- 1, - 2$
Given $- 2$ is a root of the equation
$x^{2} + 3 x + p = 0$
Let $α$ be the other root.
Sum of roots $= \frac{- b}{a} = - 3$
$α - 2 = - 3$
$\Rightarrow α = - 3 + (2) = - 1$
So, the roots are $- 1, - 2$ .
