Given, $2 x < 9$ and $3 x > 11$
$\to 2 x < 9$
$\Rightarrow x < \frac{9}{2}$
$\Rightarrow x < 4.5$
and $3 x > 11$
$\Rightarrow x > \frac{11}{3}$
$\Rightarrow x > 3.66$
Value of $x$ lies between $3.66$ and $4.5$ .
So, value of $x$ will be $4$ among the given numbers.
