Energy transefer in food chain is governed by Lindeman's law of 10% which states that at each trophic level there is 10% loss of energy but plants, herbivores which forms 1st trophic level receive 100% sun's energy.
In this question,
1st trophic level will have 4500 J of energy
↓10% loss
2nd trophic level will have 450 J of energy
↓10% loss
3rd trphic level will have 45J of energy
↓10% loss
4th trophic level will have 4.5 J of energy.
