Given $a = 2, b = 3$ & $c = - 2$
$\Rightarrow a^{2} + b^{2} + c^{2} - 2 a b + 3 a b c$
$\Rightarrow (2)^{2} + (3)^{2} + (- 2)^{2} - 2 \times 2 \times 3 + 3 \times 2 \times 3 \times (- 2)$
$\Rightarrow 4 + 9 + 4 - 12 - 36$
$\Rightarrow 5 - 36$
$\Rightarrow 17 - 12 - 36$
$\Rightarrow 5 - 36$
$\Rightarrow - 31$
