A does $\frac{1}{4}th$ of work in $3$ days $\Rightarrow$ A completes the work in $12$ days

B does $\frac{1}{6}th$ of the same work in $4$ days $\Rightarrow$ B completes the work in $24$ days

Ratio of share $=24:12=2:1$

$\therefore$ $2x+x=180$

$\Rightarrow 3x=180$

$\Rightarrow x=60$

$\therefore$ A's share $=60\times 2=120$

B's share $=60\times 1=60$

$\therefore$ Answer : Option D.
