We know that P=hρg
Where h= height of liquid column
ρ =density of liquid
g=acceleration due to gravity
Pressure inside the liquid does not depend on the shape of the container.
Pressure in container 1
P1=dgh
Pressure in container 2
P2=dgh2
Thus ratio of P1 and P2=P1P2=dgh1dgh2=21
