Since, the particle travels equal distance in 5th and 6th second therefore, it reaches the maximum height in 5s.

The initial velocity of the particle is,

v=u+gt

0=u+(9.8)×5

u=49m/s

The maximum height it reached is,

h=ut+12gt2

=49×5+12(9.8)×52

=122.5m
