The correct option is B III < I < II

When the heat radiations fall on an object, a part of it is reflected, a part is absorbed and a part may be transmitted.
For black or dark objects, the absorbed part of the heat is more as compared to white or light coloured objects.
Thus, heat absorption capacity of black ball is maximum among all the three balls.

Also, white coloured object reflect more heat as compared to dark objects. So, white objects absorb minimum heat radiation compared to red and black objects.

Since red ball is dark in colour than white ball also it is light in colour than black ball. Thus, the heat absorption capacity for red ball will be in between black and white balls.
