Travel time per car for A-N-B route considering 2 cars travelling through that route = 6 + 3 + 20 + 0.9 = 29.9 minutes
Travel time per car for A-M-B route considering 2 cars travelling through that route = 20 + 1 + 6 + 3 = 30 minutes
Difference in travel time per car between routes A-N-B and A-M-B = 30 - 29.9 = 0.1 minute.
