Given quadratic equation 4x216x+λ=0
x=4±16λ2
Let α=416λ2 and β=4+16λ2
For real roots 16λ>0
Since, 1<α<2
1<416λ2<2
12<λ
Since, 2<β<3
2<4+16λ2<3
12<λ
12<λ<16

Therefore, integral values of λ are 13,14,15.
