Area of $\Delta =\sqrt{77\left(42\right)\left(24\right)\left(11\right)}=924$

$\pi r^2=2\left(924\right)$

$r^2=\frac{2\times 924\times 7}{22}$

$r=14\sqrt{3}$ m
