The type of plan used here is strategic planning because strategic planning is a process of organisation defining its strategy,pr direction and making decisions on allocating resources to use its stragey.it basically means setting strategic goals,determining actions to achieve that goals etc, it is the strategy of the school to deduct salary as fine from the employees salary ,this is done because there can be proper discipline maintained by the employees .
