D $B = \frac{1}{5}$
$\frac{2 x + A}{(x - 3) (x + 2)} = \frac{9}{5 (x - 3)} + \frac{B}{(x + 2)}$

$\frac{2 x + A}{(x - 3) (x + 2)} = \frac{9 (x + 2) + 5 B (x - 3)}{5 (x - 3) (x + 2)}$

$\Rightarrow 10 x + 5 A = 9 (x + 2) + 5 B (x - 3)$

When $x = 3, 30 + 5 A = 45 \Rightarrow A = 3$
