The correct option is B 5
Sum of the roots in the given quadratic equation =a+b3

and the product of the roots =2a3

Roots of the equation are eλ and 1eλ

eλ×1eλ=1=2a3a=32

eλ+1eλ=a+b3=2b+36

We know that the value of eλ+1eλ>2, when λ0

2b+36>2b>4.5

therefore the minimum integral value of b=5
