Hi, Since each side is doubled means altitude of the rhombus is also doubled so new altitude will be 2 times of old one and so is true for the base of the rhombus so old area of rhombus = base×heightnew area = 2 base×2 height=4× base×height= 4×old area of rhombusSo area will be 4 times
