According to the question,

$1x+2y=33$ (1)

And,

$2x+1y=24$ (2)

From equation (1) and (2),

$x=5km/hr$ and $y=14km/hr$

Therefore, her walking speed is $5km/hr$ and her cycling speed is $14km/hr$.
