If mass can neither be created nor destroyed then what is the origin of mass. Please tell i am very much curious about this

All the matter that is present is our universe is made from the large amount of energy created during the Big Bang.

Yes it's true matter is made from energy. Experiments going on the LHC and all other particle accelerators work on this principle and yes it has been experimentally proven that energy can be converted into mass and vice versa. The great Albert Einstein gave his most famous equationE=mc^2( relation between mass and energy) years before it was actually proved experimentally.

Some other experimental evidencse of this theory are the nuclear fusion and fission reactions. In both the cases mass is converted into energy. Probably everyone would be knowing that in the core of our sun, nucleas of two hydrogens combines with each other due to high pressure and energy and releases a large amount of energy. But have you ever thought from where did this energy come from. Yup, it's true the energy is created by the loss of mass from the core.

Thus energy and mass can be said as two sides of a coin. But to be honest We don’t really know. As far as we know, all the matter/energy (the two can be interchanged) was present at the earliest stages we can detect of the Big Bang. But there is a point beyond which our current theories say explicitly that they break down and we can make no meaningful statements.

One hypothesis is that the mass/energy in the universe is exactly matched by the negative energy represented by the expansion of the universe. So that the sum is zero, and the universe is a single huge (to our view) and long lived (again, to out view) fluctuation in what is essentially nothing.
