The correct option is B $\frac{1}{9}$
Given:
$t_{n} = 4 n + 1$
$∴$ First 3 terms $= 5, 9, 13$
$H . M . = \frac{1}{A . M .}$

$∴ A . M . = \frac{5 + 9 + 13}{3} = 9$
$∴ H . M . = \frac{1}{9}$
