If soil has all nutrients, why do we need to replenish it?

Soil replenishment:

1. Continuous cultivation of crops in soil leads to the depletion of certain nutrients​.
2. If these nutrients are not replenished, soil becomes sterile and unfit for cultivation.
3. There are three methods of soil replenishment namely adding fertilisers and manure, crop rotation and growing leguminous crops.
