The breadth of the rectangular plot $= \frac{A r e a}{L e n g t h}$
The breadth of the rectangular plot $= \frac{144}{16} = 9 m$
STEP 3: Finding the cost of fencing it at the rate of $₹ 6 p e r m e t r e$
The perimeter of the rectangular plot $= 2 \times (l e n g t h + b r e a d t h)$
The perimeter of the rectangular plot $= 2 \times (16 + 9) = 2 \times 25$
The perimeter of the rectangular plot $= 50 m$
Cost of fencing at the rate of $₹ 6 p e r m e t r e = P e r i m e t e r \times R a t e$
