Area $= 144 m^{2}$
Length $= 16 m$
Breadth $= \frac{144}{16}$
$= 9 m$
Perimeter $= 2 (l + b)$
$= 2 (16 + 9)$
$= 2 (25) = 50 m$
Cost $= 6 \times 50 = 300$ Rs.
