Triangle ABC and Parallelogram ABCP are on the equal base and same parallels.

So, Area(ABCP) = 2 × Area( $△$ ABC) = 32 $c m^{2}$

Also Area(ABCP) = 2 × Area( $△$ PRC)

Area( $△$ PRC) = 16 $c m^{2}$
