Here given that,
The cost of shirt is $₹ a$
Then, the cost of $3$ shirts is $3 \times a = ₹ 3 a$
Now, the cost of pair of trousers is $₹ b$
So, the total cost is = $₹ 3 a + ₹ b$
Hence, the total cost is $₹ 3 a + ₹ b$
